Fred the Janitor is one of the ghosts who reside in this theater. He died during his shift and now lingers the building. He allegedly gets angry at people who mess up the bathrooms. A well-dressed man has also been seen sitting up in the balcony from time to time. The third spirit that has been seen is that of a girl who walks along the old canal behind the theater. The story told is that she comitted suicide in the canal a long time ago and that she can sometimes be heard crying.

There is definitely a presence in a number of locations. I can feel the emotions of anger and suspicion at the restrooms. There is a feeling of being watched and a presence at the restrooms among other places within the theater. There are entities clinging to numerous antique furnishings within the building as well. My wife used the restrooms during a first night event years ago. I had to wait for her. That was enough for me. I could not wait to leave. My over all rating is based on how haunted this place is. In my opinion, it is out of control.

It's been awhile, a long while, since I toured the theater,but it is frightening indeed. Just when you think you are safe, something else happens. When I visited, you toured most of the building including the dressing rooms. The tour was long, probably 40 minutes or more.. Beautiful and spooky!

I think you should call ghost adventures crew and tell them this because when i walked by i felt the energy there.
