A well-dressed man has also been seen sitting up in the balcony from time to time. The third spirit that has been seen is that of a girl who walks along the old canal behind the theater. It's been awhile, a long while, since I toured the theater, but it is frightening indeed. Just when you think you are safe, something else happens. When I visited, you toured most of the building including the dressing rooms. The tour was long, probably 40 minutes or more.. Beautiful and spooky!Posted 10/28/21
