The Karver family opened its doors in 1948 and quickly became the main meat supplier for Chippewa Lake, surrounding cities and numerous schools as well. The factory mysteriously closed 40 years later after many cases of employees went missing! It was never proven whether the Karver family was responsible or not.
No one has heard from the family since, however, rumors of mutated creatures spotted on the property have the local residents and law-enforcement terrified to investigate.
What secrets lie inside the Slaughterhouse?

We go to couple Different haunted houses every year… And this one was by far the best we’ve ever gone to super scary know how to get in your face and push you around.. make up is fantastic the theme was perfect! We did the touch pass and really recommend it!

Best one I've been to in a log time
overall great. few jump scares, decoration was great. the "flow" was awesome. crowd control in and out of the attraction was good. didn't start bunching up until towards the end which was great. just the overall feel was great.

Awesome Place!
Been to many local haunts across the state including some to claim world records, or that they are the scariest, but let me assure you, you will be hard pressed to find one this good, didnt know they had the option for actors to touch you but that was so cool, made the experience even better, and the props and set design were top notch!!!! ill be back for sure. Even the crazy hillbilly yelling instructions during the wait line was entertaining!

We took my cousin here it was our second time the graphics are phenomenal I love this place ill probably be back again this year love it. If you like being scared this place does it....This place is awesome!!!!!

We went here never heard of it and went just because. It was unbelievable between the nice staff and amazing actors. Make up and costumes were priceless.. My 16 year old son was actually scared... haha... All and all amazing would recommend to ANYONE who wants to be completely creeped out and is not going to cry about the blood and horror scenes inside. They also practice social distancing while waiting and must wear masked!!!! You will absolutely not regret it.

Scary costumes
We visited this place on a Saturday evening and purchased the general admission ticket for $25. It took us around one hour in the queue to get into the real actions. But the wait was worth it. Amazing performance displayed by all actors draped in scary costumes and makeups. The best part of this house was no flashlights or phone lights were allowed and this makes the adrenaline to reach the next highest level.

What do you expect from a haunted attraction? Definitely to scare you like a heck lot! And, this place does the same. The design of slaughterhouse portrays the true picture of a meat house and it didn’t smell bad. An adrenaline thrill ride than anything else.10 out of 10!

Running and screaming times
When it comes to a haunted attraction, I prefer Slaughterhouse owing to its inherent concept and storyline. I visited this place along with my girlfriend on a Friday night and we had an amazing terrifying experience. All characters were amazing, especially the butcher guy as he made my girlfriend keep on running and screaming.

Never expected Slaughterhouse to be so intense and action filled. Every step was thrilling and we could hear out hearts thump. The haunt was a great success. Weare looking forward to next season.

Scary and loads of fun! The terror was unleashed at the slaughterhouse and it was fun. A long drive and a long wait outside were paid off well by the scares at the slaughterhouse. A relatively new haunt in this industry and they have been able to conjure up with such an amazing show. this was an A+ experience and we will do it again next year. Great job.!
