The first common report of a spirit at this hotel is that of a thieving entity, who has been known to take guests' valuables in the middle of the night, or moves them around the room. The spirit of a well-dressed elderly man has also been seen walking around the hotel lobby into the bistro before disappearing. This incident was reported by both visitors and employees. There have also been various reports of disembodied footsteps and flashing lights on the upper floor unoccupied rooms.

  • Mischievous entity on the 3rd Floor

So I was inbetween sleep and wakefulness around 4 am and it was then I could sense a presence in the room. And it was as if it came inside me and I couldn’t speak or say anything. I then had this feeling like I was floating around the room…like something was in control of me…very odd. Then…my body went back and I was fine. If I was to give a term to this entity…it would be mischievous.

  • Little girl ghost second floor

We stayed in the hotel millers burg just the other day July 2021 to check out Amish culture for a day on our way up to Niagara Falls. We stayed in room 202 on the second floor. We noticed the light flicker several times late at night just before turning in. Our kids said they thought they heard some knocking on our door middle of the night. We spoke to the hotel worker upon check out and she said a little girl ghost is rumored to frequent the second floor commonly knocking on guests doors. Rumor has it a little girl many years ago fell through a window out of the second floor and died from the accident. So perhaps her spirit lingers there.

  • Activities in room 204

My wife and I stay in Amish Country at least once a year and choose a different hotel each time. We stayed there in 2019 and we had no idea of any ghostly in counters when we made our reservations. We stayed 2 nights in room 204. The first night we had went to bed and as I was laying there facing the door and I thought the small light on the door was the peep glass with the hallway light shining through, but then it moved. I watched it float down and across the room til it got to the bed corner and then it floated up and seemed to get in my eye. All I could see is a bright light in my left eye with my right eye seeing normal. This lasted for a few seconds and then I seen it shoot down across my cheek and was gone. So much for sleeping the rest of that night! The next morning I told my wife what had happened so she looked up ghostly in counters at the hotel on Google and we found out others had have experienced things the same as me. The next night was a little different, no lights but it felt like someone had kicked the foot of the bed really hard shaking the bed pretty good. Also, there were things I packed in my luggage that was moved to my wifes bag and we both knew that either of us had touched it lol.

  • Used to see nightly while working

I used to work here back in high school, we. I was working there as I dish washer, I’d be in the main area while no customers were present and no music in the restaurant area.. I’d see a what appeared to be a man walk across the floor by the desk. This man was in a nice suit that looked like the early 1920s . I could never see his face for it was kinda blurred. I’d always go walk to where he was and the room where the desk was, was cold. And no man. Needless to say I didn’t work there too long.

  • Annoyed Ghost at Millersburg Hotel

I was eating dinner with my husband at the Millersburg Hotel. I started to sing to a song on the radio as it was late and hardly anyone was left in the restaurant. I stopped singing and started again, and am NOT a good singer. Suddenly I hear a voice directly behind me groan very annoyedly as if to say "Oh no, here she goes again! It was an older man's groan. I thought there were people in the booth behind me and was embarrassed but my husband said that no one is behind me anywhere. There was not even a booth in back of me or any workers.
