Kline Opera House
152 Park Ave.
Cortland, OH 44410
Cortland, OH 44410
This location was once the town church and was built in the mid-19th century and the first in the surrounding county. The eerie occurrences started happening here in the 1980's when employees were closing up the place and heard loud crashing noises and disembodied footsteps in the empty building. The site is also believed to be haunted by its former owner who is known to talk to theatre patrons in deep voices and a woman spectre who has been known to sing during the piano recitals.
