Punderson Manor
Newbury Township, OH 44065
The owner of this manor supposedly committed suicide by drifting out into the lake in a bathrub. When he reached the middle, he apparently pulled the plug and drowned. This is the claim that has been told, although no one is quite sure why he would of chosen this method. In the late 1970s, the ghost of a man who appeared to be a lumberjack, was seen in the dining room for a period of about three hours late at night. The spirit allegedly disappeared when the sun rised, but several staff members claimed they witnessed the entire thing. Reports of a man in grey have been told, along with cold spots and other unexplained noises.
