The Pauni Apartments were built atop an ancient burial ground and residents have reported eerie happenings in the building ever since. Objects have moved on their own, doors open and close by themselves, and the spirit of a man in a sombrero has been seen. Reports of an evil presence has been felt as well, along with cold spots.
