Sinclair Community College

The cafeteria at this college is said to lay on the site of the old city gallows, but a number of other locations at the place are rumored to have spirits as well. At Blair Hall, something has tugged at witnesses, who have also heard phantom cats, footsteps and babies. The elevators have been known to work on their own, doors slam by themselves and the lights go out for no reason. Mr. Joshua is another ghost of the college who was nicknamed and appears in Building 13, former location of the United Color Press. An employee was killed there when his arm got caught in the press. This ghost is apparently an old man with white hair and is mostly seen in the hallways.
