Are you looking to get away from the stress of daily life? Grins & Pickin's CampFarm offers the ultimate return to nature, where the spring wildflowers are spectacular and wildlife viewing of big bucks, long beards and bald eagles is plentiful. The CampFarm offers nature-based and homesteading activities where you can even pick your own morning fresh eggs for breakfast! Here on the farm, we believe in going outside to play, growing and eating fresh food, strengthening family bonds and promoting the awareness of our natural resources.

Activities:

Pick your own Pumpkins:
We are growing fruit trees, several types of berries and perennial vegetables. Some won't be ready to harvest for 1-5 years. But we have pumpkins, annual vegetables and flowers in the growing season.

Grins Family Nature Club:
Join us on Saturday mornings for a mix of arts and crafts, see what's growing in the learning garden, explore the woods & the creek, go fishing & play outdoor games.

Hiking, Creeking & Geocaching:
Several hiking trails will lead you to the creek and through 34 acres of woods. There is a nice variety of trees, beautiful spring wildflowers and plentiful wildlife that make the woods their home.

Butterfly Garden:
Many plantings are in the fields for bee pollination and butterfly habitat with special focus on attracting the monarch.

Bluegill Fishing:
The pond is stocked with bluegill. The fish are still growing so it is catch and release for the time being.
